Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 tbsp creamy jalapeño sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Season the grilled chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Place one tortilla flat in the skillet.
  • Add shredded cheese, seasoned chicken, creamy jalapeño sauce, and another layer of cheese.
  • Top with the second tortilla and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip carefully and cook the other side until crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
  • Remove from heat and let the quesadilla rest for 1 minute before slicing.
  • Slice into triangles and serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
