Ingredients
  

Steak & Potatoes

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin or Ribeye cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb Baby Red Potatoes cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 5-6 Cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme optional
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks and microwave for 3-4 minutes to soften slightly. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside with potatoes.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter to the skillet and melt. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and thyme.
  • Return steak and potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
