Steak & Potatoes
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin or Ribeye cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb Baby Red Potatoes cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
Garlic Butter Sauce
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 5-6 Cloves Fresh Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme optional
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks and microwave for 3-4 minutes to soften slightly. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside with potatoes.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter to the skillet and melt. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and thyme.
Return steak and potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve immediately.
