Cube Steak in Air Fryer (Time & Temperature Guide)

  • 1 Thermometer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cube steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat cube steak dry and brush lightly with oil.
  • Season both sides evenly.
  • Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook 4–5 minutes per side.
  • Remove when internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

• For breaded cube steak, coat in egg and breadcrumbs and cook 10–14 minutes.        
• For frozen cube steak, cook at 380°F for 12–15 minutes.                                            
• Avoid overcooking to prevent toughness.
