  • 1 Small mixing bowl
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Meat thermometer optional but recommended

Ingredients
  

Seasoning & Steak

  • 2 Cube Steaks ¼ inch thick
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat cube steaks dry with a paper towel.
  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub oil on steaks, then coat evenly with spice mix.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place steaks in basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Thickness: Ensure steaks are about ¼ inch thick for even cooking.
  • Temperature: Cook to internal temp of 145°F (63°C).
  • Frozen: Add 3-5 minutes if cooking from frozen.
  • Resting: Do not skip the resting step to keep meat juicy.
