Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Premium Steak Sirloin, Ribeye, or New York Strip cubed into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil high smoke point

Instructions
 

  • Pat the steak cubes with a paper towel until completely dry to ensure a perfect sear.
  • Heat a heavy cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil.
  • Once the oil is shimmering, add the steak bites in a single layer (do not crowd the pan).
  • Let the steak sear undisturbed for 2 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms.
  • Flip the steak bites, then add the butter, minced garlic, and smoked paprika to the pan.
  • Continuously spoon the melting, foaming garlic butter over the meat for the final 60 seconds.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley and thyme, and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
